Lodging questions, answered
Can individuals and project teams request short or extended stays?
Yes. We discuss lodging for individual business travelers and project teams. Share your move-in date, length of stay, number of guests and private-room requirements so we can confirm suitable options.
Can I book a room shown in the photos or floor plans immediately?
Photos and floor plans help you compare the options. The assigned property, room type, guest allocation, furnishings and current availability are confirmed with your quote. An inquiry does not confirm a reservation.
How do I confirm rates and included services?
Request a quote based on room type, dates, number of guests and any meal or transportation requirements. Confirm meals, cleaning, utilities, deposits, payment and cancellation terms before reserving.
Can Korean meals or lunchboxes be arranged with a stay?
Include your meal or lunchbox requirements in the inquiry. Menu availability, quantities, handoff location and additional costs are reviewed for your schedule before confirmation.
How can I check the property location and commute to HPLS?
We review the assigned property location and the entrance or meeting point designated by your company. Shift times and site access instructions can affect transportation arrangements.
When will the planned mobile-home lodging be available?
The mobile-home option is in development. Opening dates and unit quantities have not yet been confirmed. You may discuss future requirements, but current reservations and move-in dates are not guaranteed.
Can I also inquire about rental cars and airport transportation?
Yes. Share your airport, flight, arrival or departure time, group size, luggage and vehicle rental dates. We will review operating terms and availability.
